Stand out fashion brand, Sydney Lane, is a luxury womenswear label that specialises in creating high-quality pieces that celebrate the female figure. We Are Thrive partnered with Sydney Lane to design and build their high demand e-commerce site. Requiring premium functionality with striking visuals, this case study unveils the steps we took to bring their vision to life.

The highlights

The brief
Contemporary fashion brand Sydney Lane entrusted We Are Thrive to design and develop its ecomm website.
The brand evokes a sense of understated glamour that resonates with the modern woman, and it was critical that the design captured this. It also needed to function seamlessly – integrating with their CRM and fulfilment centre, and commercially – maximising their conversion opportunities even with limited stock.

Aesthetic Design
Confident of Sydney Lane’s vision, we custom coded layouts, visuals and product headings: every detail was considered to ensure the website reflected the brand and resonated with their audience.
Seamless Functioning & App Integrations
In order to provide the best experience for their customers, Sydney Lane wanted to ship globally, allow customers to be notified when products were restocked, pre-order in demand items, and easily initiate online returns. In order to make their own lives easier, they wanted to automate email marketing, stock levels, order management and returns.
We ensured that the site was fully optimised and integrated with the right apps to perform at its best. We linked the site with Sydney Lane’s CRM and fulfilment centre, and integrated ClearPay to make the purchase process as easy as possible. We also integrated apps like Restock Rocket and Aftership which allowed customers to pre-order items not yet available, and sign up to be notified when products were back in stock – building engagement and boosting revenue.
Lastly, we linked up the clients Instagram feed so that their website featured its current social post: especially important given the demand for user generated content.
