The brief

Retreat East required a video to serve as the centrepiece for an Instagram giveaway campaign, aimed at increasing brand visibility and follower engagement. The video needed to highlight the offerings of three different companies that collaborated on the campaign, whilst maintaining a consistent and recognisable brand identity that would integrate with Retreat East’s existing content.

Discovery & Planning

With a solid understanding of Retreat East’s brand identity, we began by discussing the key elements that needed to be captured to highlight all three brands. Close collaboration ensured a shared vision to guide the shoot. Working alongside Retreat East, we planned specific shots that would best showcase their offering, whilst aligning with their strong existing aesthetic.

Video Production

The shoot was executed with precision and creativity, utilising the beautiful surroundings of Retreat East to create visually rich content. We leveraged the location’s diverse settings to capture a variety of shots that highlighted the hotel’s landscape, in addition to the finer details. Seamlessly integrating their collaborating partners, we ensured that Beco Pets and Hicks & Brown were naturally woven into the narrative, maintaining a cohesive flow throughout. With a streamlined editing process that involved colour grading, sound design and precise cuts to maintain a smooth story, the final edit was a polished, high-quality and engaging product.
