The brief
Dr Lucy T, owner of luxury medical aesthetics clinic, Rejuv, wanted to ensure their first Christmas as a clinic was a special one. Hoping to drive bookings, increase social engagement, and also give back to her loyal community of customers, Lucy sought our expertise to create and implement a Christmas campaign that would achieve her aims and perfectly encapsulate her brand.
Our response
We embarked on an end-to-end project, taking a holistic approach to transform Rejuv into the luxury medical aesthetics haven that Dr Lucy had envisioned.
Discovery & Planning
Lucy gave us a blank canvas to celebrate Rejuv’s first Christmas, with complete creative freedom to craft something memorable. We wanted to avoid all of the noise associated with Black Friday and typical seasonal offers, whilst still capitalising on the November payday. We strategically designed the “12 Days of Christmas”, a campaign set to run from December 1st to December 12th, creating a perfect balance between holiday spirit and commercial impact.
Concept and Content Production
To bring the festive vision to life, we visited the Rejuv clinic to shoot sleek and professional Christmas content. From custom Rejuv-branded wrapping paper to Christmas decorations, we transformed every element into an extension of the brand, ensuring no detail was overlooked.
Knowing that Lucy’s organic, personable, talking head videos performed exceptionally well on social media, we combined this format with cinematic visuals to elevate the campaign. The result? A unique blend of professional promotion and authentic storytelling. We utilised cinematic content for the promotion and then, each day, Lucy posted a new video unwrapping a gift, creating a sense of excitement amongst her audience.


Strategic Execution
While the campaign’s central focus was about giving back and spreading holiday cheer, we also ensured it was commercially beneficial for the business:
- Targeted offers: prizes and offers were thoughtfully designed to fill appointment gaps and drive sales. For instance, we identified gaps in a team members diary, therefore offered 10% off select treatments with that particular aesthetician.
- Varied prizes: each day featured a unique incentive, ranging from discounts and giveaways to goodie bags for in-clinic visitors. This variety kept the campaign engaging and encouraged daily participation.
- Customer engagement: certain offers required immediate action, such as booking to enter a draw or securing same-day discounts, fostering urgency and driving conversions.
The results
The campaign successfully merged festive joy with strategic business outcomes, making Rejuv’s first Christmas not just a celebration but a commercial success – with remarkable growth, engagement and revenue.
Online Presence
Website visitors, website subscribers, and website bookings increased substantially over the campaign period.
Social Media Impact
Rejuv’s social media experienced substantial growth. During the 12 days of Christmas campaign, engagement reached a staggering 49.7%, profile visits increased by 86%, and we received over 100,000 impressions.
Bookings & Revenue
Dr Lucy and her team enjoyed record revenues and witnessed a continual increase in appointment booking and client numbers (both new and retained).
