The brief

Neutra stepped into the recruitment arena as a bold new player. Passionate about driving positive change, they wanted to disrupt industry norms and challenge the stigma attached to recruitment. Our task was to create a brand and a website that would cut through the market, reflect their ambitious plans, and set Neutra apart as a leader in the field.

Discovery

We started with an analysis of Neutra’s provision, spending time to understand the intricacies of their business and the aspirations that fueled them. This paved the way for a partnership built on a mutual understanding and commitment to success.

Brand Development

Taking everything we’d learned from discovery, we developed several initial brand concepts to elevate Neutra’s vision. Through brainstorming and collaborative discussions, we whittled down our concepts, tweaking and refining every component until we formed a cohesive brand that resonated with their audience. We created clear and concise brand guidelines and social media templates to ensure consistent application across all touchpoints – protecting brand quality whilst boosting recognition and recall.

Web Design & Development

Branding in the bag, our work continued online with the design and development of Neutra’s website. With a solid understanding of Neutra’s business, we were able to get stuck in with the design and build, coding specific elements for optimal performance and integrating a CRM for a seamless business operation. We advised on copy, sourced imagery, and designed motion graphics consistent with their brand. The development process was smooth and seamless, and resulted in a clear and intuitive customer experience.
